ON THE EVE OF THE POWER ENGINEER’S DAY, EMPLOYEES OF ALMATY ELECTRIC POWER STATIONS JSC RECEIVED HONORARY TITLES AND MEDALS. ENERGETIKA DAY IS A TIME TO RECOGNIZE THE MERITS OF ENERGY INDUSTRY WORKERS IN THE COUNTRY’S ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT

Indeed, it is difficult to overestimate the importance of the work of power engineers, whose tireless work creates one of the most necessary goods-light and heat, which provides comfort in the homes of all citizens of Kazakhstan.

Opening the ceremony, Chairman of the Management Board of AlES JSC Nurlan Mukhamed-Rakhimov congratulated his colleagues on their professional holiday, noting the successful work of each of them for the benefit of the country’s prosperity, wishing everyone happiness, health and further prosperity of the company.

The awards ceremony was attended by the management of AlES JSC and Deputy Head of the City Department of Energy and Utilities Gani Orazbayev.

By the decree of the President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev, Galym Zhanbyrshy, Deputy Chairman of the Board for Development of AlES JSC, was awarded the Kurmet Order of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Chairman of the Management Board of AlES JSC Nurlan Mukhamed-Rakhimov received a letter of gratitude from the Prime Minister of Kazakhstan. Four employees of the company were awarded the high title of “Honored Power Engineer of the CIS Electric Power Council” with a badge and certificate.: Advisor to the Chairman of the Management Board Tamara Arshimova, Managing Director of CHPP-2 Bisembek Sabyrkulov, Managing Director of PRP “Energoremont” Askhar Shanlakbayev, Deputy Managing Director of PRP “Energoremont” Saken Tyutebayev.

The high title of “Enbegi singen Energetik Kazakhstan Elektrenergetikalyk kauymdastygy” with the award of a badge and certificate was awarded to the Managing Director of CHPP-1 Isakhan Syrgabayev, Head of the Technical support Department of CHPP-2 Sergey Tabakayev, Chief Engineer of Cascade HPP Zhaksybek Sholanbayev.

High title “Kurmetty energetik Kazakhkstan Elektrenergetikalyk Kaumdastygy” in connection with the title ” Ardager energetik. Kazakstan Elektr Energetikalyk Kauymdastygy” was awarded to six employees of the company with the award of a badge and a certificate to Nadezhda Baizhanova, Managing Director for Legal Affairs, Murat Sarsembayev, Head of the turbine shop of CHPP-1, Viktor Romanenko, shift supervisor of CHPP-3, Anatoly Miller, Chief Communications Specialist of the electric machine shop of Kapchagayskaya HPP, Yuri Belov, boiler driver of the ZTC, Senior foreman PRP “Energoremont” to Vladimir Reger.

Two employees of the company were awarded the KAZENERGY Association Medal.

Six employees of the company were awarded the Certificate of Honor of the Ministry of Industry and New Technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the CIS Electric Power Council.

The company’s employees also received certificates of honor from the KAZENERGY Association, the Samruk-Kazyna National Welfare Fund, Samruk-Energo JSC, Kazakstan Elektrenergetikalyk Kauymdastygynyn Kurment Gramotasymen JSC, Almaty Electric Power Stations JSC, letters of thanks from the Ministry of Industry and New Technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan and others.

However, the company’s management takes care of employees not only on public holidays. AlES JSC constantly monitors the organization and labor protection issues. Special attention is paid to training young employees. For this purpose, the youth organization “Zharkyn Bolashak”was created here.

A lot of work is also being done to improve the quality of customer service. Energy sources are being upgraded, new technologies are being introduced, and much more.

AlES JSC is a part of Samruk-Energy JSC. Almaty electric power stations are the main energy source of the Almaty region and provide about 70% of the heat of the district heating zone and 72% of electricity. The company consists of three thermal power plants, Kapshagayskaya HPP, Cascade HPP, Western Thermal Complex, Production and Repair Enterprise “Energoremont” and a Fuel receiving and unloading Center.
