On changes in the tariff for regulated services for the production of thermal energy from 01.08.2023.

JSC “Almaty Electric Stations” hereby informs that the Joint Order of the Departments of the Committee for the Regulation of Natural Monopolies of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the city of Almaty No. 67-OD and for the Almaty region No. 72-НК dated July 25, 2023 approved the levels of tariffs for regulated services in production of thermal energy with commissioning from August 1, 2023:

– from 01.08.2023 – 4,290.50 tenge/Gcal (excluding VAT);
– from 01/01/2024 – 4,807.62 tenge/Gcal (excluding VAT);
– from 01/01/2025 – 4,910.76 tenge/Gcal (excluding VAT);
– from 01/01/2026 – 5,002.01 tenge/Gcal (excluding VAT).

Tariffs were approved in accordance with subparagraphs 1) and 9-2) of paragraph 1. Article 22 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Natural Monopolies” on the following grounds:

– change in the type and cost of strategic goods and (or) tariffs (prices) subject to state regulation for the transportation of strategic goods;
– change in the average monthly nominal salary of one employee by type of economic activity in the region (city), established according to statistics for the year.
