My childhood was Soviet, with an October badge and a pioneer tie. I grew up with the city.
Vladimir Leonidovich’s main hobby was technology and cars, which determined his choice of profession. By the age of 18, he was one of the first among his peers to receive a driver’s license. During my army years I gained driving experience on military vehicles.
– I consider my employment in 2010 at the Kapshagai hydroelectric station to be a life success. Mutual assistance, support and respect from the team showed me that I was not mistaken when choosing an enterprise. I treat every employee of the hydroelectric power station with respect and gratitude. I consider the period of my working life associated with the Kapshagai hydroelectric power station to be the most successful in my life.

– In November 2008, I got a job at the Kapshagai hydroelectric power station as an electrician of the 4th category for repairing electrical equipment of hydroelectric power stations. My mentor was V.A. Propisnov, thanks to him I quickly got used to the work and the station team.
Mamyrali Kulahmetuly constantly improved his skills and professionalism. He always treated his work with respect and integrity.
– When I was young, I dreamed of becoming a teacher. I tried to enter a pedagogical university, but it didn’t work out. Therefore, mentoring was mine. I was happy to share my experience, teach and educate young people.
