It seemes to me that i am one of the few people who found my calling in life…

Maxim Krasnotsvetov, station dispatcher of the Fuel Reception and Unloading Center, has been working at the Fuel Reception and Unloading Center for 25 years

Maxim Krasnotsvetov was born in the small village of Kokozek, Almaty region, Karasai district in 1975 into a family of livestock farmers. His mother worked as a milkmaid, his father as a mechanic repairing equipment.

Since childhood, Maxim was interested in repairing equipment. At the age of 11 he worked as a mechanic with his father at a grain harvester, and at the age of 12 he worked as an assistant combine operator.

– After finishing my studies at our nine-year school, I entered the construction school SPTU-13 in Almaty by profession as a tower crane operator. He graduated from vocational school with honors and before the army worked as a crane operator at a construction site,” said Maxim Krasnotsvetov.

After serving in the army, Maxim got a job as an assistant driver of a diesel locomotive at the locomotive depot in Almaty. After graduating from the diesel locomotive driver’s assistant course, he drove passenger trains for three years.

– In 1997, I got a job at CHPP-2 as an assistant driver of a diesel locomotive in the fuel and transport department. In 1998, the railway staff separated from CHPP-2, and so the TsPVT – Fuel Reception and Unloading Center was formed, Maxim continued.

In 2010, after successfully passing the exams for the position of station dispatcher (shift supervisor), Maxim Krasnotsvetov replaced dispatchers. But to get a full-time job, you had to get a higher education.

At work, my mentors were Bulat Suleimenovich Utepov, station dispatcher, Alkesh Beisembaevich Baubekov, site manager, Adilet Melisovich Beisembaev, site manager. I am grateful that fate brought me together with such reliable people, thanks to whom work became a pleasure.

In 2012, he entered the Kazakh University of Transport and Communications (KUPS) in absentia. Received the specialty “Organization of train traffic.” In 2016, he was transferred to the position of station dispatcher on a permanent basis.

Maxim Krasnotsvetov uses his professional knowledge of the operating conditions of diesel locomotives for non-stop and trouble-free operation of the site. Uses effective work methods to organize shunting work, taking into account the layout of railway tracks, the technological process of unloading fuel, which ultimately ensures savings in diesel fuel and a reduction in time for shunting work.

Maxim employs 11 people. Maxim understands everyone on his watch in half a word, one might say with half a movement. The team of Watch G is stable and well-worked. The dispatcher’s responsibilities include continuous unloading of coal, submission of documents, work with contractors, unloading of fuel oil and acid. On average, 3 deliveries are unloaded per shift, which is about 100 wagons. This year, Maxim’s shift worked on New Year’s Day. They will also work on Nauryz. The rule: don’t ask for time off for holidays works clearly.

Watch G is dear to Maxim. Celebrate birthdays and holidays together. There is even a common hobby – fishing. Over the summer, Maxim and his team fish three times on the river. Or. Last year we caught a carp weighing 9 kg.

Maxim is a man with golden hands. In his free time, he installs plastic windows and builds a greenhouse at home. He has many plans for the future.

Maxim’s eldest daughter, Ksenia, decided to continue the labor dynasty. She graduated from the Almaty Technical and Economic College (ATEKPS) in 2020 with a degree in “Automation, Telemechanics and Traffic Control in Railway Transport” and in 2021 she got a job at the Central Electrical Transport Center as a switch post duty officer. Maxim’s son Matvey is growing up, and he would really like him to follow in his footsteps.

– From childhood to this day, I have achieved everything thanks to my mentors, my father first of all, because it was he who brought up one good trait in me. “Be the best, or at least among the best.” I always try to be the best in my business.

Over the years of work in the company, Maxim Krasnotsvetov was repeatedly awarded with Certificates of Honor and Gratitude from AlES JSC; he was included on the Honor Board of the Center for High-Technology Department and the Head Office of AlES JSC.

– Working in the energy sector has always been my favorite. There is a healthy and friendly team here (my second family). Here they will always come to your aid in difficult times and rejoice for you in your successes. There are many career opportunities in the energy sector.

It seems to me that I am one of the few people who have found their calling in life. And this is what I wish for everyone!
