Investments in the Creation of New, Expansion, and Modernization of Existing Assets of JSC “Almaty Electric Power Stations”

Considering the dividends paid for 2014 amounting to 468.5 million tenge and the reduction in capitalized interest for the 2015 forecast from the planned amount by 99.5 million tenge, changes and additions were made to the Agreement with the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2015. The volume of investment obligations of JSC “ALES,” taking into account the changes, amounts to 15,072.1 million tenge, including 5,406.0 million tenge from own funds and 9,666.1 million tenge from borrowed funds.
