I have been working as an accountant for 15 years. It is very pleasant for me that with every year of work, my professional skills grow. Every day I learn something new. I try to study changes and innovations in accounting in a timely manner. Accounting is a good school for both beginners and experienced accountants. There are many areas of work in accounting where you can prove yourself, demonstrate all your skills and abilities. I am grateful to fate that I ended up in the accounting team of CHPP-3. This is a friendly and close-knit team. Here I can count on support and understanding from both managers and colleagues. We have a friendly atmosphere at work.

I guess now I can say that I am in the right place. That the well-being of every employee depends on my work.

After graduating from the Almaty College of Energy and Electrical Instrument Engineering in 2006, he began his career in the turbine shop at CHPP-2 in the Energoremont industrial enterprise. I was greeted by a friendly team that became my second family.

I am grateful to my teachers and mentors: Shagraev A.A., Kusherbaev S.M.E., Maksutov B.K. These wonderful people helped me gain confidence and professional knowledge, instilling in me a dedication and love for the energy industry.

At the same time, I graduated from Almaty Humanitarian Technical University. During his time working in the turbine shop, he completed all levels of training. Worked as a foreman, turbine section foreman

Since January 2021, I have been working as deputy head of CREO-2. I really love and appreciate my work. The awareness of involvement in an important and truly necessary matter for people forces us to constantly improve our skills and knowledge, and increase the level of professional training. I am very proud to work at the largest station, which is the core, the heart of the entire energy supply of Almaty and the Almaty region. It is pleasant to realize the significance, importance, and responsibility to society of the contribution of our enterprise – the production of thermal and electrical energy.

Krasnotsvetov Maxim Valerievich, dispatcher of the station section of CHPP-2 of the Fuel Reception and Unloading Center

I am proud that my destiny is connected with Energy. Since 1997, I worked as an assistant driver for nine years. We unloaded the cars onto car dumpers. Our job is not easy. But despite the difficulties, I like my chosen specialty, because you can become a real professional only if you love your job.

Graduated from the Kazakhstan Institute of Railways in absentia. As soon as I received my diploma, I went to work as a station dispatcher. We accept wagons with coal, fuel oil, and acid. Our task is to deliver the wagons to the unloading front in a timely manner. We work in shifts.

I’ve been in the energy industry for 24 years. Close-knit team, working atmosphere, timely wages. I’m not afraid of work, the main thing is that the work is interesting. I know one thing for sure: “Patience and work will grind everything down” and therefore I wish everyone to work hard, because only then will all goals be achieved and dreams come true.

Maksutov Rinat Kuanyshbekovich, deputy head of the turbine shop of CHPP-1 named after. B. Orazbaeva

He entered the energy industry following in the footsteps of his brothers. He began his career in 2001 as a mechanic repairing steam and gas turbine equipment at URTO TsREO-2 PRP Energoremont. In 2012, he graduated from the Almaty University of Energy and Communications at the expense of his employer. In 2007, he was transferred to the production department of CHPP-1 as a foreman of the production section of the turbine shop. Since July 2009, I have been working as deputy head of the turbine shop (repair).

I believe that the main qualities of a power engineer are responsibility, compliance with safety measures, constant improvement of professionalism and love for one’s work. I always try to treat subordinate staff fairly and in any situation to listen and give the right course to solve the problem. I wish the younger generation to continuously learn, develop and always be open to new things.

Menalimov Server Seitmambetovich, 3rd category waste oil regenerator at CHPP-2 named after A. Zhakutov

In 2005, he came to work at CHPP-2 in the turbine shop, as a mechanic servicing power plant equipment. Then he worked as a turbine equipment operator, 4th category, 5th category. He worked on shift for 10 years. Now I work as a used oil regenerator. My task is to clean the oil from impurities and water through the oil installation while the turbine is running. This is a very responsible job. You need to know the oil system diagram of the turbine shop well and be very careful.

For all the years I have worked, which is 16 years, I really enjoy working in a team. I am very proud to be part of the large team of CHPP-2, I am glad that my work is appreciated. I made a lot of friends at work, we communicate as families.

Sagadiev Azamat Sarsinbaevich, deputy head of the electrical machine shop of the HPP Cascade

Since September 2011 I have been working in my native path – “Energy”, i.e. at JSC AlES. I believe that energy gives life to anyone… every person should have energy and a sparkle in their heart. I am proud that they are a second generation energy specialist and will teach and raise their children as real energy specialists.

Currently I work as deputy head of the electrical machine shop of the Cascade HPP. He began his career in 2003 as a mechanic at the pumping station of the boiler shop of JSC APK TPP-2.

I express my deep gratitude to my teachers Tyutebaev Serik Suinbekovich, Sabyrkulov Bisembek Abenovich, Syrgabaev Isakhan Aktanovich, Shmelev Vladimir Georgievich, Kochkinbaev Tolegen Kalyllaevich and most importantly my beloved mother Sagadieva Gulnaz Kenesovna!

It is a great honor for me to present our department on the Honor Board of AlES JSC. He began his career at the Kapshagai hydroelectric power station in 2004 as a carpenter and concrete worker.

Currently, I work as a steering mechanic in a building and hydraulic structures maintenance shop. I monitor the operation, repair, and maintenance of all available watercraft and mooring facilities. My mentor was Leonid Petrovich Lutsenko, captain – mechanic.

During all the time I worked at the Kapshagai hydroelectric power station, I have never regretted working here. I am very glad that my profession was useful in the energy sector.

I began my career at the Western Thermal Complex in 1985 as an electric mechanic for maintenance and repair of A&I 2nd category in the thermal automation and measurement shop. Today I work as an electrician for repair and maintenance of 6th category A&S. It so happened that both at work and in the family, my mentor and teacher was my father, Vladimir Andreevich Perekrestov, who worked in the energy sector for more than 50 years, at ZTK for more than 40 years. You can call me a hereditary Kipovite energy specialist. Mom – Lyudmila Vasilievna, was also an A&S design engineer at Tyazhpromenergoproekt for more than 50 years.

I am grateful to my ZTK team for their unity and kind attitude towards each other. To be successful in your profession you need deep knowledge, professional experience and responsibility for the work performed.

I was greeted by a close-knit and professional team. Under the leadership of Suminova G.S. I took my first steps in the energy sector, gained professionalism, confidence, and most importantly, dedication to the energy sector. Special thanks to my mentors Kinikeev G.G., Sidorov A.A., Serguntsova S.A.

JSC “AlES” provides an excellent opportunity to develop professionally, undergo advanced training and personal development. Already working, I graduated from the Almaty University of Energy and Communications.

Since 2017, I have been working as a chief specialist in the Operations Department at the company’s head office. This is a new direction in my work.
