He serves as a standard for other employees. He is a kind of brand in the Energoremont PRP…

This is what his colleagues say about Vladimir Reger, the head of the turbine equipment repair department at PRP Energoremont.

Since childhood, Vladimir was interested in technology. First I repaired bicycles, then my father’s car. After graduating from school, he already knew for sure that he would connect his life with technology.

“The choice fell on the energy institute – complex mechanical equipment, plus I understood that in the conditions of the weakening economy and the instability of those years, the energy industry would be more reliable,” Vladimir Reger shared his memories.

Immediately after graduating from the institute in 1998, he got a job as a mechanic at the turbine equipment repair site at CHPP-1. Four years later he was promoted to master. In 2016, Vladimir was appointed head of URTO-2.

– I remember very well my first working day after college at PRP Energoremont. We were aligning the feed pump at the turbine equipment repair site at CHPP-1,” said Vladimir. – After dismantling the electric motor using only manual lifting devices, I realized what hard work means. If we don’t talk about such banal things as wages, working conditions, etc. then the main thing is to enjoy the work done. It is important to realize that many days of work brings results that are really in demand by a huge number of people.

Vladimir Reger’s first mentor was a wonderful person, a great professional, Amanzhol Shagraev. Now on a well-deserved rest. He is, one might say, Vladimir’s idol, because it was from him that he learned a lot.

They still maintain good relations with each other. Amanzhol Shagraev speaks with warm feelings about his student:

– Vladimir in 2000, during a difficult time for the energy sector, when there was a severe shortage of repair personnel and a lack of spare parts, did not leave the station. He played a key role in ensuring timely repair of equipment, maintaining trouble-free and accident-free operation. I would like to note that Vladimir is fluent in his native German, as well as Kazakh and Russian languages.

Amanzhol Shagraev gave Vladimir the best, most valuable advice: “React to everything calmly, don’t get into trouble, think about the consequences.” Thanks to this advice, Vladimir’s “cool mind” helps him make the right decision in difficult situations.

“What especially impressed me at the station was its restart after a complete emergency shutdown,” Vladimir continued. “I still remember the actions of the head of the turbine shop, Adil Abenovich Berdenov. This is a professional with a capital P! He is also currently retired.

Utemis Sabyrkulov, deputy chief engineer for repairs of CHPP-2, has known Vladimir Reger since 2006, when he came as a young specialist to the PRP turbine equipment repair site: “He is a very competent worker, thanks to him many technical problematic issues regarding the repair of equipment in the turbine CHPP-2 workshop.”

Every day Vladimir makes a plan and tries to stick to it.

“When we come to work, we constantly solve a set of issues, such as high-quality and fast repairs, supply of materials and tools, search for specialists, and completion of many paper tasks,” Vladimir noted. – In other words, I am involved in the general organization of the work of the site. I think the most interesting thing in my work is solving complex, sometimes unique technical problems. After all, the peculiarity of the Energoremont PRP is that it can perform almost any task that arises in the Power System. And all thanks to our friendly team of professionals.

Colleagues respect Vladimir Reger and believe that working with him is a pleasure. Deputy Head of CREO-2 PRP Energoremont Aibek Kenzhebekov notes that Vladimir skillfully manages the work of the site. He and the guys complete all assigned tasks efficiently and on time with knowledge of the technological process. Vladimir is constantly engaged in self-education. He enjoys learning from older comrades and passes on his accumulated experience to young specialists.

– Vladimir Reger’s professional tactics are thought out to the smallest detail. He is a kind of brand in the Energoremont PRP. And he can work as a simple worker, while maintaining his recognized and impressive image as a leader. I respect Vladimir Reger for his quick and specific decisions on what and how to achieve the desired goal in a short time,” shared Berik Konysbaev, leading engineer of the Control and Vibration Laboratory of the Energoremont PRP.

Senior foreman of CREO-2 URTO Sergei Avramenko emphasizes that during his work, Vladimir Reger has established himself not only as a disciplined worker, but also as an proactive specialist, capable of taking responsibility in making decisions on complex issues within his competence.

– Vladimir Reger maintains his professional knowledge at a high level and serves as a standard for other employees. He always provides his subordinates with the necessary assistance in carrying out assigned work and motivates workers by the power of his own example, continued the master of CREO-2 URTO Akhmet Kydyrmashov.

Vladimir Reger’s main professional dream is professional growth.

In his free time, Vladimir and his family spend time at their dacha in the summer and go skiing in cold weather.
