Congratulations to all employees of AlES JSC on World Labor Safety Day!

Every year on April 28th World Day for Safety and Health at Work is celebrated. The holiday was introduced at the initiative of the International Labor Organization (ILO) in 2003 as World Day of Safety and Health at Work.

On this day, it is customary to sum up the results of our work to ensure occupational health and safety.

The main achievement is that in 2022, there were no production-related accidents at AlES JSC. This is the result of the work of each employee and occupational health and safety services.

Ensuring safe working conditions at every workplace has been and will always be the main priority in the activities of AlES JSC.

In 2023, AlES JSC set a goal for the implementation of the Vision Zero concept, which combines three areas – labor safety, health and well-being of workers at all levels of production. I think that in 2023 we are able to ensure a high level of safety in Vision Zero production at every workplace.

AlES JSC has introduced digital technologies aimed at preventing industrial injuries – AIS “Safe Production”, where each employee has the opportunity to contribute to compliance with labor protection and safety requirements.

Each employee is guaranteed the legal right to refuse or stop work if a potentially dangerous situation arises that threatens life and health.

Only through joint efforts can we achieve safe production. I wish us all success in achieving the noble goal of improving the culture of safety and labor protection, ensuring safe and favorable working conditions for every employee of the Company.
