One more high point for Aidos is professional one

Machinist of the Central thermal control panel of steam turbines of CHPP-1 named after B.Orazbayev “AlES” JSC Aidos Masiraliyev has won the contest “Uzdik Ondiris mamany”. The contest was dedicated to the Power Engineer’s Day, and it was attended by 23 employees of the group of companies of Samruk-Energy JSC.

Aidos became a hero of the mass media publications several times during 2024 as a climber of the famous peaks of the Zailiyskiy Alatau. This year he conquered Big Almaty Peak (3,680 meters), Molodezhny Peak (4,147 meters), and the Peak of Komsomol (4,376 meters).

And over each of the peaks Aidos Masiraliev used to raise the flag of the energy company where he worked – “AlES” JSC.

This time the flag of the Almaty company is raised over the “Yzdik Ondiris mamany” contest pedestal. And just as on the top of the most beautiful mountains, on the highest step of the podium he feels the pride primarily for his company, which gave him a chance to grow professionally, develop and reach the summits – one by one.

It is not an easy walk. Just like when climbing, for which one prepares, mobilizes, overcomes oneself, reaches the peak and plans a new peak, climbing in the profession never stops not for a day or an hour. Mastery, professionalism should be confirmed by daily work, and each perfected result of work is also means a new pinnacle.

Aidos is 37 years old. He is a graduate of the Almaty College of Energy and Instrument Engineering, specializing in heat engineering, and the D.A. Konayev College, specializing in legal studies.

“Aidos Masiraliyev has been working at CHPP-1 since November 22, 2012. He started his professional career as a power station equipment maintenance mechanic of 5th grade of the turbine shop. In 2020 he was transferred to the position of a machinist of the Central thermal control panel of steam turbines of the 6th category, – Murat Sarsenbayev, Head of the Turbine Shop of CHPP-1, tells about his employee. – During this time Aidos has shown himself on the positive side. He proved himself to be an initiative, responsible, executive employee. He fully performs his direct obligations during his work.

I can’t help but mention his active social and sports life, he leads the sports committee at the station. He is the goalkeeper of the national football team of CHPP-1 and is successfully engaged in mountaineering, takes part in marathons in Almaty. He is very communicative, very calm, highly respected in the team.

He was awarded first place in the contest “Uzdik Ondiris mamany” which was a natural outcome, the staff of the shop is proud of him and congratulates Aidos with the victory. We sincerely wish him inexhaustible energy for new accomplishments and good health, further successes in the development and improvement of power engineering, further victories in personal and sports life”.

Aidos promises not to stop in his ascent to the mountain tops, in professional and personal growth, achieving new conquests. Aidos is one of those about whom they say – he made himself, and therefore his role model inspires the team, and first of all his young colleagues. It has been well said that: whatever was conquered by one person, can be repeated by others…

A pleasant moment awaits Aidos: on December 19, in honor of the “Power Engineering Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan” in the Central Concert Hall “QAZAQSTAN” in the capital city, an awarding ceremony for the best employees of the group of companies of Samruk-Energy JSC will be held. This will include the winners of the contest “Uzdik Ondiris mamany”. Aidos will have one more chance to raise the flag of the company, where he has been working for 12 years. And just as when conquering mountain peaks, he will emphasize that this is not only his personal victory, but also the victory of the entire team of Almaty power engineers, the entire company.
