CPVT celebrated its anniversary with one family
In April 2023, the Fuel Reception and Unloading Center celebrated its 25th anniversary. 15 energy veterans who had worked in the department for decades, plant directors, as well as all employees, primarily working personnel, were invited to the anniversary.
Managing Director for Production – Chief Engineer of AlES JSC Gaziy Ismukhambetov congratulated his colleagues and veteran power engineers and wished them further success in fulfilling the important tasks facing the CPVT team. He noted that uniting the personnel of three power plants in one unit made it possible to quickly use them at the necessary facilities.
In his welcoming speech, CPVT Director Ulan Abdualiev congratulated all employees, expressed his respect for the CPVT veterans and confidence in the further successful work of the department.
The first director of the CPVT, Baktybek Sholanbaev, emphasized that the department has no analogues in the energy industry, not only in Kazakhstan, but also in the CIS. The uniqueness of the CPVT JSC “AlES” is that it was created according to the European standard. This separate division within the company’s structure performs the functions of another non-energy related industry. Our unit took on all the headaches of the management of the thermal power plant associated with problems from the railway! And one of the main achievements for us was and remains – the absence of multimillion-dollar fines for idle cars that we paid to the railway.
Anatoly Fishchenko has been working as Deputy Director of the Center for 25 years. By the way, the first car that was unloaded onto the car dumpers was his car. Over 25 years there have been large changes in the amount of cargo handled. If in 1999 28,710 units of rolling stock were received, now the average is 49,000 units per year.
During the ceremony, employees were presented with certificates of honor.
Certificates of honor were received by Akylbek Berishov, diesel locomotive driver of the section at CHPP-2, Mergalim Tumarbaev, track maintenance worker of the railway section, Saken Nurakhmetov, loader of the section at CHPP-3.
– All our veterans and pensioners came. I worked with them. We had a warm conversation. All veterans were given chapans. It was very touching and pleasant,” said Saule Kurumbaeva, safety engineer. She has been working for CPVT since the very foundation of the department.
Ermek Sariev started as a track fitter, now works as a diesel locomotive driver: “We are very grateful to the management and the trade union for organizing a wonderful event. We have a wonderful team that works well and knows how to relax together.”
– Our holiday was opened by veterans. They gave us a bata – blessing. I am grateful to the company that I was able to get an education in the energy college. We have a friendly, cohesive team. I think that the holiday dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the department was a success,” Zhanibek Nurgabiev, senior foreman of the CHPP-2 section, shared his impressions.
Darkhan Keneshkaliev, a VET specialist, believes that the CPVT has a close-knit team that celebrated the anniversary as one family.
– I really liked everything. I acted as Timothy. We all actively participated. “Everything went in one breath,” Nauryzbek Kuzenov, senior inspector for health and safety, shared his impressions.
