Dear employees!
We ask you and your children to take part in the action “Field mail” within the framework of the social and charitable project “Zhenis”, write letters to the veterans who live now and express words of gratitude for their selflessness, patriotism, struggle against fascism, preservation of freedom and the donated peaceful sky. As part of the campaign, letters will be delivered to veterans in the regions of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In addition, we ask you to promote the dissemination of information about the campaign with the hashtag #Zhenyc on websites and through social networks.

10th anniversary of the company” ales-my life”
The purpose of the competition: to increase the positive image of JSC “Ales”, its activities, to foster a sense of corporate cooperation among employees.
The main task of the competition is to show how multifaceted and important the work is at ales JSC.
Participants:
anyone working in Ales JSC can take part in the competition.
Requirements for competitive projects:
To participate in the competition, no more than 7 Photo works from one author (color and black and white photos, JPEG format suitable for printing in A3 format) and no more than 2 minifilms (720 pixels, duration up to 3 minutes) are allowed.
Minifilms and photo works are accepted in electronic form.
Corporate competition nominations:
1. Photo Contest nominations:
“There is only one moment” – “caught” (non-stage) moments in the life of the company’s employees;
“The smile will be bright for everyone.”
Minifilm nominations:
“Excursion To The Company”;
“Moments of life” (memories of Veterans, pensioners).
Criteria for the selection of competitive materials
compliance with the theme of the competition and its disclosure;
expressiveness, originality of the idea embodied in a photo or minifilm;
quality, executive and artistic excellence;
unity of style, compositional and functional solution;
the quality of the photo or minifilm.
Terms of the competition:
to evaluate the works submitted for the competition, ales JSC forms a jury, which includes veterans of energy, members of the company’s Management Board, representatives of trade unions and youth organizations.
Stages of the competition:
July 15, 2016-announcement of the competition;
Until September 30, 2016 – acceptance of competitive works;
Until November 15, 2016-evaluation of the creative works of the jury, formation of a list of winners (1 prize place in each nomination).
Forms of promotion of contest participants:
The finalists of the competition are awarded with appropriate diplomas and material incentives (1 prize place in each category – 45,000 tenge).
The best works will be posted on the company’s website.
Photos and minifilms are accepted by email: akurganbayeva@ales.kz. (works submitted for the competition are non-refundable and are the property of ales JSC).
Photos and minifilms to be sent to e-mail must be accompanied by an application in the form.
