CHPP-2 named after. A. Zhakutova: Iraida Mikhailovna Filatova was seen off to her well-deserved rest
The team of CHPP-2 celebrated the retirement of the 4th category inspector-receiver of the fuel and transport workshop, Iraida Mikhailovna. Her continuous experience in the electric power industry is 34 years.
– I came to the station in January 1988, when I had just returned from Russia. It was an extraordinary time. Everyone got along well. No one even thought what nationality you were. Everyone lived together, worked, relaxed, and had fun in their free time. It’s sad to realize that that time has passed. And it’s unlikely to return.
In the HR department, I got a job in the fuel and transport department. My first boss was V.P. Kosoglyadov. I remember well, back then we went out on cleanup days to plant trees around the station.
Working as a fuel supply operator, I always treated my work conscientiously and identified malfunctions. Once, when accepting a shift on the second conveyor, I discovered that two joints were almost torn. And thanks to our attentiveness, we prevented an accident.
I think the most important thing is to not be indifferent. I wish more responsibility for the younger generation.
In recent years I have worked as a reception controller. This is connected with the railway, and I am a railway worker by training. First of all, the main thing for us is attentiveness, since it is associated with the danger of injury and life. And also the skill to get everything done.
I wish my family team uninterrupted and trouble-free work.
