Beauty and meaning of Kazakh wedding ceremonies

With Nauryz in the early 90s, national traditions that had been slightly forgotten by that time began to return to our lives. Over the years of independence, having become national staples, they strengthened families, decorated everyday life, filled the life of the whole society with a deep meaning of ancestors.

Among the returned ceremonies is the holding of weddings in accordance with national traditions, which are now being followed by more and more young Kazakhstanis. It’s not for nothing that they say, how you spend a wedding is how you live your life.

The beauty of only one of the ceremonies of the Kazakh wedding on these holidays was demonstrated by the employees of the Almaty CHPP-2 named after A.Zhakutov of JSC AlES.

As a rule, this is followed by a “neke kiyu” – a wedding according to Muslim traditions and a happy, as young people believe, happy life.
