AUEs master’s students discuss career planning with experts from qsamruk.kz and ALES JSC

In mid-November 2023, at the NJSC Almaty University of Energy and Communications named after. G. Daukeev” a meeting was held with representatives of Qsamruk.kz and AlES JSC, dedicated to the topic “Career planning and successful job search.”

Samal Nauryzova, project manager of Qsamruk.kz, Aliya Taizhan, leading specialist of the HR department of AlES JSC, shared valuable knowledge and experience on how to start and make a successful career in the energy industry.

– Master’s students not only clearly saw the structure of AlES JSC, but also learned about providing social support for young specialists in the company. They received answers to questions related to the specifics of working in this area,” Aliya shared.

For representatives of AlES JSC, this event became a moment of exchange of experience. Beksultan Kurmangaliev, a 2021 graduate of AUES and a foreman of the electrical shop of CHPP-1 named after B. Orazbayev, and Gauhar Temirova, a 2023 graduate, a specialist in the personnel training department of AlES JSC, spoke to the undergraduates for the first time as representatives of the company.

Their stories have become not only a source of inspiration, but also practical guidance for younger generations striving to succeed in the energy sector. Gaukhar Temirova expressed gratitude for the opportunity to share her experience and hope that her story will help someone see new perspectives and strengthen the desire to achieve their goals in their professional career.
