And it is in this month, on 7 August, that a person who has been working at great heights for many years, both literally and professionally, celebrates his golden anniversary – 50 years. And it is in this month, on 7 August, that a person who has been working at the top for many years, not only in the literal sense but also in a professional sense, celebrates her golden anniversary – 50 years. Natalia Vladimirovna is a crane operator at the power plant’s electrical machinery workshop, a respected and reliable colleague, a conscientious specialist and a bright person.
Natalia Vladimirovna’s career in the energy sector began more than twenty years ago. In 2003, she got a job at the Kapshagai Hydroelectric Power Plant as a cleaner. Then there was a forced break due to family circumstances. But her love for her native station proved stronger: in 2011, she returned, this time as a hydro structure inspector in the Central Electrical and Mechanical Department. And in 2016, fate and experience led her to a new professional direction: crane operator in the Electrical Machinery Workshop. Her diploma from Shemonaikha Vocational School №17, specializing in crane operation, served as a foundation, but Natalya Vladimirovna mastered her craft through real-world experience. In 2026, it will be 10 years since the EMC team became her real family.
