JSC “Almaty Electric Stations”: the first forum of the youth organization “Zharkyn Bolashak”

On the initiative of the youth organization, with the support of the leadership and veterans of the Society, the first Forum of the youth organization “Zharkyn Bolashak”was held on September 27.
The main purpose of the forum was to involve active youth of the Society in the development of youth programs, promote the youth movement, and increase the participation of young people in the decision-making process, development and implementation of projects in the field of youth policy of the Society.
Chairman of the Board of JSC AlES N. Mukhamed-Rakhimov, representative of veterans
of JSC AlES Zh. Ormambekov, Chairman of the Trade union Committee Energia V. Sitdikov, Adviser to the Chairman of the Board of JSC Samruk-Energo Zh. Mominbayev and others addressed the youth with welcoming words.

Forum participants were given the opportunity to learn about the history of the youth movement in the world and Kazakhstan, get acquainted with the activities of the youth organization “Zharkyn Bolashak” during 2013 and plans for the future.

After the official part was completed, activists of the youth organization and forum participants began working together with elements of team building. In the process of team building, forum participants performed various tasks, exchanged experience, developed interaction programs, discussed pressing issues and prepared proposals for the Society.

We are sure that the forum helped to form the participants ‘ understanding of the youth organization of the Society, the main directions of its activities and the desire to participate in the “Zharkyn Bolashak”projects.
