“Ales vibe”: the project “Energoremont” brought the flavor of three countries

This challenge was a real discovery, and everyone was happy to participate in it.

– The experience gained within the project allowed us to get to know our colleagues from unexpected sides and reveal ourselves in new aspects, be it cohesion, acting skills or an active position. What was especially pleasing was the fact that during filming everyone showed not only initiative, but also a strong sense of team spirit. These moments created a special atmosphere, emphasizing the importance of interaction within the team,” noted Zhanerke Panarkhankyzy, pre-production engineer at PTO PRP Energoremont.

All challenge participants contributed their enthusiasm and effort to achieve a common goal. The video of the Energoremont PRP is decorated with footage from three different countries – this added a special flavor to the project.

The participation of each production department in the AlES vibe was an important and significant step towards the success of the project as a whole. The corporate challenge is over and Almaty power engineers are turning to all their Kazakh colleagues with the question: “Are you weak?”
