Throughout the year, the company runs a TikTok-style challenge
In March, young workers of CHPP-3 continued the challenge that was launched by CHPP-1 named after. B. Orazbayev in January 2022.
“The very idea of the challenge interested us and awakened our competitive spirit. We watched videos of CHPP-1 and CHPP-2, and decided to create our own mini-film about the life of the station. The guys gathered during the lunch break and in their free time, discussed topics at the filming, there was a sense of team spirit and spirit,” shared Makhambet Konebaev, foreman of the repair and construction section of CHPP-3.
The foreman of the electrical shop of CHPP-3, Dias Utegenov, is glad that he participated in the filming of the video: “We got the opportunity to show our creative abilities, lift our spirits, and talk about ourselves.”
Danil Gorbovsky, repair engineer at the CHPP-3 repair service, noted that the most difficult part was installing the material, but the result was worth it.
The guys are happy that they were able to shoot an unusual and interesting video at the station. CHPP-3 passed the baton of the challenge to the Kapshagai HPP named after. Sh. Chokina.
