AlES: testing according to the code of conduct

At the end of last year, testing for knowledge of the Code of Conduct was carried out in all production departments of AlES JSC. 2989 workers took part in it.

 

– All employees took the testing with full responsibility. The first managers of the company, directors and chief engineers of production departments were successfully tested at the head office,” noted Erbol Sasykov, the company’s ombudsman. “Based on the results of the testing, it turned out that all respondents knew the Code of Conduct. The result of the testing leaves a favorable impression and shows that employees are satisfied with the existing social programs adopted in the collective agreement, which is one of the elements of corporate culture.

 

To overcome the threshold level, employees had to answer 80% of the questions out of 100% possible.

 

The presence of uniform and clearly formulated ethical standards of conduct in the workplace for all employees helps to improve interaction and increase the efficiency of the company.
