AlES represented by: Alexander Viktorovich Boyarintsev, crane operator of the turbine shop of CHPP-3

After his practical training, Alexander stayed to work at the station

Alexander was born on August 23, 1991 in the village of Energetichesky (now the village of Otegen-batyr). Since childhood, he was an inquisitive and very attentive child, he loved construction sets, disassembled electronic devices, and was fond of cars. After graduating from school, in 2007 he entered the Vocational Lyceum No. 5 in Almaty, specializing in typing and computer equipment operator. In 2013, he completed training at the Aspis ING professional center to become a pneumatic crane operator. Having received a good amount of theoretical knowledge, Alexander came to CHPP-3 for a six-month internship.

– I was very lucky. I completed my internship under the strict guidance of my mentor Natalya Borisovna Vazhka, a 6th grade crane operator in the turbine shop. Thanks to her, I was able to study the gantry crane almost thoroughly and gained a lot of experience. And the most important thing is to love the station. After my internship, I stayed to work here. I have been working at the station as a 6th grade crane operator in the turbine shop for seven years now. We can say that I have become a professional in my jewelry profession.

The entire life of the station was known to Alexander, since his close relatives also worked at the station. Alexander’s mother, Galina Vasilievna, worked at the station for 30 years as a fire extinguisher until retirement. Galina Vasilyevna jokes that her son’s profession was predetermined, since two more of his uncles worked at the station.

The profession of a crane operator is very difficult. Requires accuracy, attentiveness, and endurance from a person. Alexander works confidently on his crane. Understands people standing below by gestures, expertly moves loads weighing up to 34 tons.

— In difficult situations, of course, you have to turn on your brain 100% and make the right decision. There are works that, due to their complexity, are remembered for a long time. For example, in 2020, work was carried out to replace the turbine rotor on the turbogenerator. Sometimes the work was out of the usual working rhythm; working in the dark was more difficult.

In his free time, Alexander repairs cars and computers. Loves to read. His favorite books: M. Bulgakov “The Master and Margarita”, Jules Verne “The Mysterious Island”, George Orwell “1984”.
