Every year in mid-autumn, employees of all departments and the head office of AlES JSC are vaccinated against influenza on a voluntary basis. This is the best time to get vaccinated against influenza, since you need to get vaccinated two to three weeks before the rise in incidence so that the necessary immunity has time to form. The 2022 flu vaccination took place amid the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
