Production and repair enterprise “Energoremont”

The production and repair enterprise PRP “Energoremont” was created in May 1980.

After the reform of JSC AIC, the Production and Repair Enterprise PRP “Energoremont” began to function on February 15, 2007. as part of Almaty Electric Power Plants JSC.

Main production activities:
The PRP “Energoremont” includes a production base, which is located on the industrial site of CHPP-2, and carries out the main types of repair work for the departments of JSC “AlES”, as well as repair shops and areas located on the territories of the departments of the agro-industrial complex of CHPP-1, CHPP-2, CHPP-3, ZTK.

PRP carries out scheduled repairs and repairs
maintenance of the following equipment of power plants and boiler houses, namely:

Repair of equipment in boiler rooms and fuel transport shops, as well as full repair and maintenance of all auxiliary equipment of CHPP-1,2,3;
Repair of main (CHP-2, CHPP-3) and auxiliary (CHP-1, CHPP-2, CHPP-3) turbine equipment,
as well as repair of chemical workshop equipment;
All boiler cleaning work on power equipment at CHPP-1, CHPP-2, CHPP-3;
Repair of electric motors and oil switches (CHP-1,2), as well as repair and maintenance of all lifting mechanisms (CHP-1,2);
Repair of pumping stations and repair of main and auxiliary equipment of ZTK
;
Repair of automation and measuring instruments at CHPP-1,2;
All repair work on lining and insulation at CHPP-1;
Repair of transformers with voltage 6 -10 kV;
Repair work on the own buildings and premises of PRP “Energoremont”.
