Ales jsc summed up the results of work on labour protection and industrial safety for 2023

The meeting on labour protection and industrial safety was held with participation of the management of AlES JSC and directors of production departments.

The meeting reviewed the implemented measures to achieve zero injuries for 2023, and specifically noted the training of heads of structural subdivisions of production departments according to the international standard NEBOSH/IOSH and production personnel on the course “Occupational Safety Culture” with 100% coverage in order to increase the level of involvement of managers and employees in occupational health and safety issues to ensure safety at workplaces.

The meeting reviewed the proactive labour safety measures implemented in the Company – collective responsibility, STOP-CARD, video control, and their application. Commitments of AlES JSC managers in the field of Health&Safety on adherence to the rules of Vision Zero concept were confirmed.

The reports of the directors of production departments, the head of the Occupational Health and Safety Department on measures to improve the level of occupational health and safety and planned tasks for 2024 were heard.

Based on the results of discussion of issues related to the work in the field of labour protection and safety for 2024, the Chairman of the Management Board of AlES JSC E.K. Mashirov gave specific instructions for their implementation.
