Ales joined the challenge dedicated to the 175th anniversary of the great abay

Many employees of AlES JSC expressed their desire to join the challenge dedicated to the 175th anniversary of the Great Abay. At the end of November 2019, the company held the “Abai Alemi” contest. The main message of the event was to promote the life and creative path of Abai as the spiritual wealth of the country. The competition consisted of three stages. At the first stage of “Olen sozdin patshasy soz sarasy”, participants recited excerpts from Abai’s works by heart.

At the second stage “Abai zhakkan bir saule sunbeu ushin…”, you could enjoy mini-performances telling about the life of Abai. Acting, sensuality in the presentation of images, reincarnation was complete. The audience was overwhelmed with emotions, tears and joy were caused by our colleagues, whom we see every day, modestly performing their work. On stage, they were transformed, it was a real acting game, and it did not leave anyone indifferent.

– The impression of the contest is unforgettable, it was so grandiose that it can be compared to a real theatrical performance. The costumes, make-up, and decorations looked so professional that it seemed that the assembly hall of CHPP-1, where the competition was held, had temporarily turned into a stage of the Maly theater, ” Ainur Temirbayeva, a leading HR engineer at ZTC, shared her impressions.

Третий этап конкурса «Құлақтан кіріп бойды алар…» посвящен песенному творчеству поэта. Это были прекрасные голоса, прекрасные песни, которые перенесли нас в прекрасный мир творчества поэта. Зрители подпевали, создавая неповторимую атмосферу красоты. Участники не только пели, но и аккомпанировали себе на музыкальных инструментах: домбре, кобызе, баяне.

– 7 teams participated in the competition, and all participants are employees of a large energy company “Almaty Electric Power Stations”. What talents work there!!!! Listening to some of the performances, tears came to my eyes. I forgot to film it all. I am very glad that our people have not yet run out of talents… And we all need love and careful study of the great Abai’s work, ” Askhat Asylbekov, one of the participants of the FPRK delegation to CHPP-1, wrote on his Instagram.

– I never cease to admire the talent of our colleagues. It was as if theater professionals were performing in front of us. Especially the stage performance of the teams of the Western Thermal Complex and CHPP-2 deeply affected the audience. You need to see it! How well they played… After their performance, I had a desire to read Mukhtar Auezov’s poem “The Way of Abai” anew. The competition was held at the highest level, the team spirit and team cohesion were felt, ” said Laura Kusmoldinova, chief specialist of the Documentation Support department, author of the script.

AlES employs many talented people who can easily transform themselves into actors, singers, dancers, and even musicians. Taking into account that the contest was held in the state language, and representatives of other nationalities also took part in it, this causes respect and admiration. Each team performed well and left a lot of unforgettable emotions.

– Performing on stage at first was scary, they were afraid to forget the text, not to convey the necessary emotions. But seeing how our colleagues give their best and how cool they perform, it gave us confidence, ” said Sabit Aidos, a boiler shop technician at ZTK. – I am proud to work for AlES JSC, where such events are held. Despite the fact that we are far from creativity in our field, it is always present in the life of AlES. This makes our working days brighter, we find a lot of talent in our ranks. And that’s great!

During the competition, the game “Abay alemine Sayakhat” was held among the fans of the teams, in the form of a quiz about the life and work of the great poet.

Guests and fans of the event listened with delight to the music, admired the artistic reading, stage performances of talented employees. The winners of the competition were awarded diplomas and certificates. The contest participants were also awarded in the following categories:” Best reader”,” Best fans”,”Best connoisseur of the poet’s life and work”.
