AlES joined the challenge dedicated to the 175th anniversary of the great abai

Many employees of AlES JSC expressed a desire to join the challenge dedicated to the 175th anniversary of the great Abai. At the end of November 2019, the company held the “Abai Alemi” competition. The main message of the event was to promote the life and creative path of Abai as the spiritual wealth of the country. The competition consisted of three stages. At the first stage, “Olen sozdin patshasy soz sarasy,” participants recited passages from Abai’s works by heart.

At the second stage “Abai zhakkan bir saule sonbeu ushin…” one could enjoy mini-performances telling about the life of Abai. The acting, the sensuality in the presentation of the images, the transformation was complete. The audience was overwhelmed with emotions, tears and joy were caused by our colleagues, whom we see every day, humbly doing their work. They were transformed on stage, it was a real acting game, and it left no one indifferent.

“The impression from the competition is unforgettable, it was so grandiose that it can be compared to a real theatrical performance. The costumes, makeup, and scenery looked so professional that it seemed that the assembly hall of CHPP-1, where the competition was held, temporarily turned into the stage of a small theater,” Ainur Temirbaeva, leading HR engineer at ZTK, shared her impressions.

The third stage of the competition “Kulaktan kirip boydy alar…” is dedicated to the poet’s songwriting. Beautiful voices and beautiful songs sounded, taking us into the wonderful world of the poet’s creativity. The audience sang along, creating a unique atmosphere of beauty. The participants not only sang, but also accompanied themselves on musical instruments: dombra, kobyz, bayan.

— 7 teams took part in the competition, and all participants were employees of the large energy company Almaty Power Plants. What talents work there!!!! Listening to some of the speeches, tears came to my eyes. I forgot to film all this. I’m very glad that our people have not yet run out of talents… And we all need love and careful study of the work of the great Abai,” Askhat Asylbekov, one of the participants in the FPRK delegation at CHPP-1, wrote on his Instagram.

“I never cease to admire the talent of our colleagues. It felt as if theater professionals were performing in front of us. Especially the stage performance of the teams of the Western Thermal Complex and CHPP-2 deeply affected the audience. This is a must see! How wonderfully they played… After their performance, I had a desire to read Mukhtar Auezov’s poem “Abai’s Path” again. The competition was held at the highest level, there was a sense of team spirit and team cohesion,” noted Laura Kusmoldinova, chief specialist of the documentation support department, author of the script.

AlES employs many talented people who easily transform into actors, singers, dancers and even musicians. Considering that the competition was held in the state language, representatives of other nationalities also took part in it, this evokes respect and admiration. Each team performed well and left many unforgettable emotions.

“At first it was scary to perform on stage, we were afraid to forget the text and not convey the necessary emotions. But seeing how colleagues give their all and how cool they perform, it instilled confidence,” said Sabit Aidos, a technician at the boiler shop of ZTK. — I am proud to work at AlES JSC, where such events are held. Despite the fact that we are far from creativity in our field, it is always present in the life of AlES. This makes our workdays brighter; we find many talents in our ranks. And that’s great!

During the competition, the game “Abai Alemine Sayakhat” was held among the teams’ fans, in the form of a quiz about the life and work of the great poet.

Guests and fans of the event listened to the music with admiration, admired the artistic readings, and stage performances of talented workers. The winners of the competition were awarded diplomas and certificates. Also, the competition participants were awarded in the following categories: “Best Reader”, “Best Fans”, “Best Expert on the Life and Work of the Poet”.

Competitions held at the AES “Abay alemi”, “Tauelsiz elim – tіregim, tugan tilim – zhuregim!”, KVNs educate spiritual, moral, patriotic qualities in young people. And most importantly, it identifies, supports and inspires creatively gifted youth.
