AlES: first not only in work, but also in creativity
The company’s video materials were recognized as the best in the competition of Samruk-Energy JSC in the field of occupational safety and health, dedicated to World Occupational Safety and Health Day
The Samruk-Energy JSC group of companies held a competition for the best creative event in the field of occupational safety and health, dedicated to World Occupational Safety and Health Day. At the end of May, the winners were awarded.
AlES provided four video materials for the competition. According to the results of the competition of Samruk-Energy JSC among subsidiaries and affiliates, the team of AlES JSC took 1st place for active participation, interesting stories, creativity and depth of presentation of the material.
Particularly noted was the video of the Kapshagai hydroelectric power station named after Sh. Chokin, which surprised the jury members with its colorfulness, dynamism and positivity.
– We shot our video on a single impulse, our youth are always easy-going. We are very friendly both in work and in such creative events,” shared Botagoz Salmakeeva, chief industrial safety specialist at the Kapshagai HPP named after Sh. Chokin.
The commission liked the video material of the production department of the Center for Technical Technologies. It reflects current topics of occupational safety; the video contains the entire plot of the film.
Nauryzbek Kuzenov, senior inspector for occupational health and safety, spoke about the creative process:
– Many employees usually remove trends from applications such as TikTok, Instagram, etc. I decided to show the process of unloading coal at the CHPP-3 site, where coal is unloaded manually by TsPVT workers. So that everyone who watches the video can understand how hard human labor produces electrical and thermal energy, what efforts our workers make to make every home light and warm! Despite hard work, every employee must return home safe and sound. We wanted to convey the entire work process through the camera. I really love my job and am glad that I work in the Occupational Safety and Health Service. I value every employee and with all my heart I want to wish us all trouble-free work, without injuries and accidents. I am sincerely grateful to Samruk-Energy JSC for holding such motivational competitions among its subsidiaries and affiliates.
The jury members were impressed by the video footage filmed by employees of the A. Zhakutov CHPP-2. This is an easy and creative video that reveals how workers live according to the “laws” of the modern world!
