Irina Studenikina is a grade 5 plasterer and painter at the Building and Hydraulic Structures Maintenance Department of the Sh.Chokin Kapshagai Hydroelectric Power Plant. These days, she is celebrating her 50th anniversary – a beautiful date, a symbol of a life and professional path filled with hard work, responsibility and respect from colleagues.

Irina Vladimirovna was born in the Tselinograd region. In 1978, she moved with her parents to Kapchagai, which became her home. After graduating from school in 1992, she began her career as a painter’s apprentice at the Almaty Plant of Enclosing Structures in Kapshagai, and then worked as a painter, and later as a plasterer-painter in the District Operations Department.

In February 2011, Irina Vladimirovna joined the Kapshagai Hydroelectric Power Plant. The decision to work at a strategic facility was a responsible step, which over time confirmed her professional maturity. She has been working at the station for almost 15 years, contributing to the common cause.

She is distinguished by her accuracy, reliability and attentive attitude to work. Irina Vladimirovna is valued by her colleagues for her kindness, responsiveness and ability to support them. She respects every employee and sincerely values the team of which she is a part.
