Turym Adambekovich DAUKEYEV – Head of the Repair and Construction Site CHPP-1 named after B.Orazbaev

Turym Adambekovich began his career in the energy industry in 2013 at the CHPP-1 named after B.Orazbayev. Over the years, he has gone through a professional path from the chief specialist in capital construction of the production and technical department to the head of the repair and construction site.

In the process, he gained significant experience in the field of capital construction and repair work, established himself as a responsible, initiative and competent specialist. Colleagues note his systematic approach to solving production problems, the ability to work in conditions of increased responsibility and organize the work of the team.

Currently, heading the repair and construction site, Turym Adambekovich ensures the implementation of planned and unscheduled work aimed at maintaining reliable operation of the station facilities.

Zhandos Algaevich NURGALIYEV, shift supervisor of the power plant of the CHPP-2 operation group named after A.Zhakutov of AlES JSC

Zhandos Algaevich’s professional career in the energy sector began in November 2005 at CHPP-2. Then he came to the boiler shop as a motor bager pumping station, taking the first steps in a complex and responsible profession. From the very beginning, he perceived work not just as the fulfillment of duties, but as a matter requiring attention, patience and constant development.

Year after year, he mastered more and more complex areas, delved into technological processes, and improved his qualifications. Work as a driver, a mechanic for equipment maintenance, then a driver of the central heat board of boiler control became a solid professional school, which formed him as a specialist who knows how to see the operation of equipment as a whole.

Over time, Zhandos Algaevich was entrusted with the management of the production site, and then – the change of the power plant. Since April 2023, he has been working as the shift supervisor of the operation group of CHPP-2 named after A.Zhakutov. This is a position where the price of each solution is especially acute, where composure, calmness and the ability to take responsibility not only for equipment, but also for people are important.

In production activities, he took part in important technical activities of the station – from setting the operating modes of boiler equipment to testing modern technological solutions. It is distinguished by a careful attitude to safety, an in-depth analysis of the causes of deviations in the operation of equipment and the desire to find solutions that make operation more reliable and efficient.

Colleagues recognize Zhandos Algaevich as a person who can be relied on in a difficult situation. He knows how to listen, support and share experience, actively participates in the life of the team and enjoys well-deserved respect among the station employees.

Daurzhan Nurzhanuly NURALY – shift supervisor of the power plant of the boiler shop of CHPP-3

He began his career in the energy industry in 2016 at the CHPP-3 immediately after graduation. As a young specialist, he was hired as a minder for the gold removal of the boiler shop.

Consistently mastering the profession and accumulating practical experience, Daurzhan Nurzhanuly went through all stages of professional training in the boiler room. He worked as a mechanic for servicing equipment of power plants, a caretaker for boiler equipment, a boiler driver, and a senior boiler engineer. The constant improvement of the technical level, responsibility and desire for development allowed him to form as a competent specialist and a reliable leader.

According to the results of certification, Daurzhan Nurzhanuly was included in the internal personnel reserve of the power plant. In September 2024, he was transferred to the position of shift supervisor of the power plant of the boiler shop of the CHPP-3.

He has established himself as a qualified leader who can effectively organize the work of personnel. Under his leadership, the shift ensures stable and safe operation of boiler equipment, responds in a timely manner to emergency situations and strictly complies with industrial and industrial safety requirements.

Yernur AKHMETULY, Equipment Management Engineer, Electrical Machine Shop Operation Group, Cascade HPP

Yernur Akhmetuly consciously chose energy, with a clear understanding of the high responsibility of the chosen profession. Since 2019, he has been working at the Cascade of Hydroelectric Power Plants. He began his professional career as an electrician for equipment repair, having worked in this position for three years. Then he worked as an engineer for the organization of operational equipment HPP-1.S 2024. Yernur works as an engineer for the organization of operational equipment at the HPP-7 (HPP-2-11), where he is responsible for organizing the operation of electric machine equipment – one of the key elements of the reliable and uninterrupted operation of the station. The total experience of his work in the energy industry is six years.

From the first years of his work, Yernur established himself as a thoughtful, initiative and technically competent specialist. It is distinguished by a deep understanding of the processes of equipment operation, the ability to build work processes and attention to detail, on which the stability and safety of the hydroelectric power station directly depends. He consistently and responsibly approaches the fulfillment of tasks, not limited to formal execution, but striving for a high-quality and sustainable result.

Colleagues note his composure, ability to quickly navigate in non-standard situations and make informed decisions. At the same time, Yernur is open to dialogue, knows how to work in a team and maintain a working atmosphere based on mutual respect and trust. Eduard Gerimovich KIM – 6th category carpenter of the building and hydraulic structures operation workshop of the Kapshagai HPP

Eduard Gerimovich Kim began his career at the Kapshagai hydroelectric power station in June 2020 as a carpenter of the 6th category of the building and hydraulic structures operation workshop, where he still works.

Over the years, he has established himself as a conscientious, disciplined and executive specialist. In his activities, Eduard Gerimovich strictly complies with the requirements of regulatory and regulatory documents, shows a responsible attitude to the assigned tasks and a high demand for the quality of the work performed.

With considerable practical experience, he actively shares knowledge with young workers, provides them with professional support and contributes to the formation of a responsible attitude to work. Rajap Yusupovich KUNABAYEV – duty electrician of the 5th category of the ZTK electrical department

Rajap Yusupovich’s path in the profession began with discipline and responsibility laid down during the years of military service, which he passed from 1985 to 1987. It was after the army that he made a deliberate choice in favor of energy – an industry where reliability and professionalism are critical.

In 1987, Rajap Yusupovich began his career at the Takhiatash thermal power plant in the Karakalpak Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic. Here he went through a professional school, starting as a duty electrician and eventually becoming a senior duty electrician. The practical experience gained at the station became a solid foundation for his further professional growth.

In an effort to deepen his knowledge, in 1992 he graduated in absentia from college with a degree in Electric Power Engineering. Over the years, he worked at large energy facilities, including from 2007 to 2012 – at the Mangistauneft company at the Kalamkasskaya gas turbine power plant. This stage added to his experience in difficult production regimes and increased responsibility.

Since 2016, Rajap Yusupovich has been working in the ZTK electrical department as a duty electrician of the 5th category. During this time, he became an integral part of the team, a person you can rely on in any situation. It is distinguished by calmness, attention to detail and a responsible attitude to equipment and people.

ZTK electric shop for Rajap Yusupovich is not just a place of work. Rashid Kuanyshbekovich MAKSUTOV – fitter for the repair of steam and gas turbine equipment of the 6th category of PRP “Energoremont”

Rashid Kuanyshbekovich’s professional career in the energy sector goes back almost three decades. For 29 years he has been working at PRP Energoremont, remaining faithful to his chosen profession and his team. During this time, he became one of those specialists on whom you can rely in the most responsible production situations.

Years of practical work have formed in him a deep understanding of the structure and features of steam and gas turbine equipment. Rashid Kuanyshbekovich confidently orients himself in complex technological processes, accurately identifies the causes of malfunctions and makes verified decisions even in conditions of tight deadlines and increased responsibility. His work is a combination of experience, accuracy and calm confidence that comes over the years.

Colleagues note his high professional discipline and invariably responsible attitude to business. He performs all assigned tasks efficiently and conscientiously, strictly observing the requirements of labor protection, industrial and fire safety. Serik Nauryzbaevich SULTANBAYEV – diesel locomotive driver at the CHPP-2 of the Center for Fuel Reception and Unloading

Serik Sultanbayev has been working at the CPVT since the beginning of the creation of the production department. His professional path is connected with the railway industry – a choice made back in his school years. Then the dream was formed to manage the train and be part of a large, responsible system.

Having received secondary vocational education, Serik Nauryzbaevich in 2006 began his career as an assistant locomotive driver at AlES JSC. The profession required high discipline, attentiveness and responsibility. Gradually, accumulating experience and improving professional skills, he was appointed locomotive driver.

Currently, Serik Nauryzbaevich works as a diesel locomotive driver. Its work is directly related to the safety and smooth operation of production processes. Colleagues note his reliability, hard work and responsible attitude to business.

“I’ve learned a lot over the years from my older colleagues. They always suggested, helped to understand difficult moments, and shared their experience. On the part of the management and the team, I always felt support and respect. This was especially felt during a particularly difficult period in my life, when I lost my spouse. Serik Sultanbayev

Yuri Viktorovich SHASHKIN – Head of the Labor and Wages Department of the Human Resources Department of AlES JSC

Yuri Viktorovich Shashkin has been working in the Almaty energy system since June 1994. His continuous experience in the energy sector is more than 30 years. During this time, he has gone from an engineer-economist to one of the company’s key experts in the field of wages, regulation and social and labor relations.

He has higher education in technical, economic and legal areas. He graduated from the Karaganda Polytechnic Institute with a degree in mining engineer-economist, as well as the Academy of Jurisprudence “Adilet” of the Caspian Public University, receiving a bachelor’s degree in jurisprudence with honors.

Since May 2013, Yuri Viktorovich has been the head of the labor and wages department of the UCHR of AlES JSC. Prior to that, he was at the origins of the creation of the Price Monitoring Department in the Head Office of the company, ensuring its organizational and methodological formation. Previously, he had already successfully led OTiZ, and also had experience in the position of Deputy General Director for Economics and Finance in a heat and power organization.

Yuri Viktorovich is the developer of key internal regulatory documents of AlES JSC, including the Regulation on Remuneration, Labor Rules, the Regulation on Incentives and Social Guarantees and other documents that formed the basis of a sustainable social partnership system in the company. The collective agreement of AlES JSC, on which he worked, was repeatedly recognized as one of the best in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Colleagues note his high level of responsibility, systemic thinking, integrity and ability to defend the interests of the company and employees at the state level. His work has been recognized with industry and state awards.
