2018

On the eve of Energy Day, the traditional opening of the Honor Board of AlES JSC took place. Selecting the best production leaders is a very difficult task. Work experience, professionalism, initiative, etc. are taken into account. The work of a person who devotes himself to energy, be it a young specialist, engineer, worker or manager, is equally necessary for our country. Everyone who works in the energy sector, who invests their strength and talent, deserves the greatest gratitude! The stand contains photographs and names of the 9 best employees of this year. They are the model that our team should emulate.

Chasovnikova Natalya Grigorievna, head of the production and technical department of the HPP Cascade

I immediately liked the enterprise itself, which has a long and glorious history, and the people who work at it, among whom entire working dynasties have already formed. Working here, you quietly absorb what makes up the invisible atmosphere of the enterprise – awareness of the importance of your work, responsibility for the assigned work, professionalism, as well as a sense of pride in the fact that you work here.

It is especially gratifying that at the Cascade HPP the spirit of collectivism and mutual assistance has been preserved and is being passed on to new employees. The case I am involved in involves all aspects of the department’s operational activities. The PTO is a headquarters that, based on the information received by it, makes decisions both on ensuring the current operational activities of the HPP Cascade – technological, operational, repair, etc., and on issues of its long-term development (reconstruction).

Happy New Year 2018 to all employees of our company! I want to wish everyone great happiness, peace in the soul, harmony in the family, friendly relations within the team! May luck be your faithful companion and success accompany you in any endeavor. May all your dreams and plans come true in the coming year!”

Sagymbaeva Zina Alimseitovna, operator of pumping units of the 4th category of the boiler shop of the Western Thermal Complex

“This is a great honor for me, the AlES JSC Honor Board is my first award and I am filled with joy and excitement.

I believe that this is not only my merit, but also the merit of the entire team of the boiler shop, headed by the chief Bayzakhov Kenzhebai Ilyasovich. Thank you all so much! It’s very nice when they don’t forget to recognize the work of workers, this is very important for us.

Working at AlES JSC, we always feel caring about people, we are supported by management, the trade union committee, we enjoy all the benefits and social package.

Our favorite holiday, Energy Day, was special for me this year – my photo will hang on the Honor Board of AlES JSC! Let our company prosper and bring a sense of pride to every employee!

I wish all energy workers long life, health to family and friends, success at work and all the best!”

Khudaybergenov Bekbulat Lotovich, dispatcher of the station section of CHPP-2 of the Fuel Reception and Unloading Center

“I am proud that my destiny is connected with Energy. Our job is not easy. But despite the difficulties, I like my chosen specialty, because you can become a real professional only if you love your job. Close-knit team, working atmosphere, timely wages. I’m not afraid of work, the main thing is that there is work, I know one thing for sure: “Patience and work will grind everything down” and therefore I wish everyone to work hard, because only then will all goals be achieved and dreams come true.”

Aldashukurova Gulmira Bakhytzhanovna, deputy head of the chemical workshop of CHPP-2

“I graduated from the Kazakh National University. al-Farabi, majoring in Chemistry with a PhD degree (Doctor of Philosophy in Chemical Sciences). I have been working at JSC AlES CHPP-2 since November 12, 2005; I started my career as an operator for the preparation of reagents. I immediately fell in love with my job because being an energy engineer is such an important mission – to give people light and warmth.

Since October 2016, I have held the position of Deputy Head of the HC. From now on, I have a whole workshop of children for whom I am responsible, and they believe me! After all, it’s no secret that it is the simple worker who supports all production!

My main life credo is Strength in unity, victory in unity!

Timoshenko Alexander Gennadievich, shift supervisor of CHPP-3

Dear colleagues, I congratulate you on the upcoming New Year 2018! With all my heart I wish all energy workers fire in their hearts, love in their eyes and irrepressible energy in their bodies! May this year bring joy and prosperity to every home! In 1980, I studied at SPTU in Almaty to become a refrigeration unit operator. He worked as a refrigeration unit operator at the Kazkhimmontazh trust. Since I was young and energetic, I decided to master various specialties. I came to the station even earlier, when I worked at Yuzhkazenergoremont as an electrician repairing equipment and automation. Here I met my friend, an electrician in an electrical shop. He offered me a job at a power plant.

So in 1986 I came to work as an electrician on duty in an electrical shop. The skills I acquired at previous jobs helped me a lot in my work as an electrician. Over ten years of working as an electrician, I have gained extensive experience in servicing electrical equipment. From 1996 to the present I have been working as a shift supervisor at a power plant. Why did you stay in one place for so long? I’ll probably answer simply. If one day you come to work at a thermal power plant, then most likely energy will become a part of your life. There is a great team here, you feel like you are the right person. Constant work with staff allows you to demonstrate your knowledge and skills in achieving common goals. After all, the operation of all equipment as a whole depends on the quality of my work. I hope that in the future I will continue to work for the prosperity of CHPP-3 and the energy system as a whole.

Nurmakhanov Batyrbek Shamshatbekovich – shift supervisor of the Electrical Machine Shop at the Kapshagai HPP

“In 1998, after graduating from Kyzylorda State University, I got a job at JSC Kyzylorda Regional Electric Energy Commission, as a distribution network electrician.

In 2007, having moved to the city of Kapshagai, he got a job as a 4th category electrician at the Kapshagai hydroelectric power station. After 4 years, I was transferred to the shift supervisor of the Electrical Machine Shop.

I was received warmly by the team. Highly qualified specialists work here who will always help with advice, teach you the rules of how to work, so as not to make a single mistake, and are not negligent in their work.

I consider my work interesting, promising and responsible, requiring discipline and attentiveness. After all, you can become a real professional only if you love your job.”

Uteulov Al-Farabi Kenesbaevich, Head of the reinforcement and mechanical shop of PRP “Energoremont”

After graduating from university in 1994, I began his career at AGRES. In the Almaty energy system, he successively held the positions of 4th grade turner, foreman of the mechanical workshop of CHPP-3, leading engineer for production preparation of the AMC and head of the AMC.

Never in my life have I regretted that I threw in my lot with the electric power industry, where versatile people work with a heightened sense of responsibility, professionalism and a special spirit of teamwork.

I am grateful to fate that my mentors were such wonderful people, professionals in their field as Azhimuratov Askar Nurdauletovich, Kopytkov Alexander Nikolaevich, Zhanbyrshy Galym Sadvakasovich.”

Akbergenov Ernat Zeynakhanovich – senior boiler equipment operator of the 7th category of the boiler shop of CHPP-1

Originally from the Almaty region, Raiymbek district, Zhalanash village. After the armies, he came to Almaty and got a job at CHPP-1.

“That’s how I got a job in the boiler shop in 1986, and I’ve been working in this shop. We became related to our colleagues, but after all, we spend most of our lives at work. I am a member of the trade union committee and every year I go on vacation with my family on preferential terms; I used to send my children to camp. I received a 2-room apartment from the organization and married my children. In general, there are only advantages.

I would like to wish all my colleagues, young specialists of AlES to achieve their goals, study, and constantly improve the level of knowledge in their positions.

Amirova Meruert Kasymovna, chief specialist of the operation service

“I remember my school time vaguely, but I definitely remember that of all the school subjects, I preferred chemistry. And when the very hour “X” of choosing a future profession came, forgive me for the truth, but I was not eager to follow in the footsteps of the atashka and my father, to enter a technical university, because I knew that this was a male field of activity and there was nothing for me to do there , so I secretly applied to the medical university, but fate laughed at my choice and made an inversion, sending me to the Institute of AES. Arriving at the admissions committee, I was informed that they had opened a new specialty, “water and fuel technology,” which will be very relevant in the future, and it is related to chemistry, which made me very happy. During our studies, we were sent on an excursion to the CHPP-2 department. This excursion gave me the opportunity to look at my future specialty from a different perspective, thanks to the head of the chemical workshop, L.I. Lapshina. The manner in which she explained to us the entire process of water preparation and the operation of the equipment delighted me, and I, as they say, “gnawed at the granite of science” with even greater zeal, focusing on the practical part. Having graduated from my alma mater, no matter how ironic it may sound, I immediately began my first career at CHPP-2 under the leadership of L.I. Lapshina. in the position of 3rd category HVO operator. The team greeted me cordially and taught me everything they knew, which I am very grateful to this day.

As Dorothy Sayrs wrote: “Probably only one person in a thousand is passionately absorbed in his work as such. The only difference is that about a man they will say: “He is passionate about his work,” and about a woman: “She’s kind of strange.” This statement completely describes me and my attitude towards work. Throughout my entire career, tirelessly, I devote all of myself, my soul and nerves to my work. If you were to ask me now: “What would you do if it weren’t for energy?” I would proudly answer that I cannot imagine myself in any other field of activity, since it has penetrated its roots deep into my soul.”
