Results of the photo contest “Values of AlES JSC”
According to the minutes No. 1/5 of the jury meeting
of the photo contest “Values of JSC AlES” dated November 19, 2015.:
I place to Akhmedov Abdulhamit Suleimenovich, head of the chemical shop of CHP-2, for the photo “The Young generation of AlES” with the payment of a financial incentive in the amount of 80,000 tenge.

“Values of AlES JSC”
The purpose of the competition: enhancing the positive image of AlES JSC, its activities, and fostering a sense of corporate solidarity among employees.
The main objective of the competition is to promote the values of AlES JSC, its role and contribution to the development of the energy industry.
Participants:
anyone who works at JSC AlES can participate in the competition.
Requirements for competitive projects:
The competition accepts color and black-and-white photographs created by the authors in 2015. No more than 7 works from one author are allowed to participate in the competition.
Photo works are accepted in electronic form (JPEG format, suitable
for printing in A3 format).
The nomination of the competition
1. “Values of AlES JSC (“Competence”, “Professionalism”, “Responsibility”, “Safety”, “Efficiency”, “Unified team”, etc.).
Criteria for the selection of competitive materials
• compliance with the subject of the photo contest and its disclosure;
• expressiveness, originality of the idea embedded in the photo;
• Quality, performance and artistic excellence;
• stylistic unity, compositional and functional solution;
• Photo quality.
Terms of the competition:
To evaluate the works submitted to the competition, AlES JSC forms a jury, which will include energy veterans, Board members, representatives of trade union and youth organizations of the Company.
Stages of the competition:
• July 15, 2015 – announcement of the contest to the participants;
• until September 25, 2015 – acceptance of competitive works;
• until November 15, 2015 – evaluation of creative works by the jury, formation of the list of winners.
Forms of encouragement for participants of the competition:
The finalists of the competition are awarded with appropriate diplomas and financial incentives (1 prize in the nomination – 80,000 tenge).
The best works will be posted on the Company’s website.
Photos are accepted by e-mail: akurganbayeva@ales.kz. (The works sent to the competition are not returned and are the property of JSC AlES).
Photos sent by e-mail must be accompanied by an application form.
