107 happy children’s hearts
A celebration dedicated to Children’s Day was held at AElS
On 30 May 2025, CHPP-1 named after B.Orazbayev was filled with a warm, homely atmosphere. The station welcomed its most precious guests – children from large families of employees of all production departments of AlES JSC (these are families with four or more children). The sunny day brought together 107 happy children with their parents, and their joyful laughter and sparkling eyes became the main decoration of the holiday!
This wonderful initiative, organized by the youth organization Zharqyn Bolashak with the support of the company’s management, vividly demonstrated that AlES is a big family where every employee is valued and their loved ones are cared for. The holiday program left an unforgettable impression and a great deal of excitement for everyone, without exception – both children and adults.
Ardak Kalibek, a boiler operator at the central thermal control panel of the CHPP-1 named after B.Orazbayev, who has been working at the station since 2006, came to the holiday with his three kids. He happily noted, “I really liked the children’s programme, everyone is having a great time!
Igen Abdyomomyn, chief manager of the Investment Budget and Analysis Department and father of four children (his eldest daughter is nine years old and his youngest is only six months old!), shared his impressions: “I am very pleased that the youth organisation holds such celebrations for children and that the management supports us. Thank you all very much!”
Ardak Alekbayev, senior master of CHPP-1 named after B.Orazbaev, , proudly tells us about his six children (five girls and one boy!) and brought his five-year-old son to the celebration. “The kid loved it! He saw where his dad works, which was important to him,” Ardak said, smiling.
Berik Bayasilov, an engineer at the Regulation and Vibration Laboratory of the PRP Energoremont vibration regulation laboratory and father of four, came with his two daughters. “The children are very happy, they were looking forward to this day! After all, if the children are happy, dad is happy too!” Berik shared.
Eight-year-old Aikhan, son of Bakhytbek Kubeev, shift supervisor at CHPP-1 named after B.Orazbayev, exclaimed: “I am delighted to have participated in the competitions, I had a lot of fun!”
Ten-year-old Aizere, the eldest of four children in the family of Zhaslan Suanbekov, a repairman for boiler room and dust preparation shop equipment at PRP Energoremont, enthusiastically shared her impressions: “I liked everything very much, especially the soap bubble show! I had a great time running around, dancing and having fun!”
The atmosphere of a real children’s holiday was created by amazing entertainment: a mesmerizing soap bubble show, which was a hit with Aizere and many other children; a touching performance by five little dog artists; the skill of a nimble magician, who received thunderous applause; and, of course, sweet moments with cotton candy, which was happily handed out to all the young guests.
This festive day became a bright celebration of kindness, family values and corporate unity. Seeing the genuine joy of the children and hearing their laughter is the best reward for the organisers. We sincerely thank the AlES youth organisation for the wonderful idea and organisation of the holiday, the company’s management for their constant support of such important initiatives, and, of course, all the employees and their wonderful large families for coming, bringing their smiles to the holiday and creating this unique atmosphere of happiness! May your families always be filled with love, prosperity, and the sound of children’s laughter!
