Memorandum on localization of boiler assembly in Kazakhstan

At the end of August 2024, a meeting of the heads of Podolsk Machine-Building Plant JSC and a Consortium consisting of KBI Energy Group LLP and Energo Spec Stroy LLP (EPC contractor) was held at the site of Almaty Electric Stations JSC.

Following the meeting, a memorandum of cooperation was signed. This agreement provides for the localization in the Republic of Kazakhstan of up to 50% of production for the assembly of the main components of the equipment of waste heat boilers in the framework of the project “Reconstruction of Almaty CHP-3”.
